We feature a lovely Bournemouth wedding today captured by photographer Joëlle Poulos.
The couple where actually family friends of mine, which made it all that much nicer as I really knew them (as well as some of the guests too!). This was simply one of the loveliest weddings I’ve ever been too, it took place in a beautiful old building in Bournemouth – it was stunning. Everything was of great taste, Charlotte (the Bride) did a great job. The weather that day was just impeccable. Charlotte walked down the isle to Ben Howard (it was a honestly a beautiful moment). After the ceremony everyone moved to a quaint manor, where food was served and the party began!
I’m a 20 year old artist and photographer who recently finished my art foundation – I decided university wasn’t really for me so I’ve been traveling and trying to establish a freelance career in both art and photography. This was how I came about wedding photography, and I honestly just love it!
I would describe my photography style as documentary and candid – with a heavy film influence (when I’m not shooting weddings or events, I will always have a film camera in my hand).
Honestly everything was just beautiful, I couldn’t have envisioned a more tasteful wedding. It was a real pleasure to shoot.
