Our Tips and Advice for the Perfect Boho Wedding

Get back to nature
Forget the traditional wedding venues and look for something outdoors, an old farm, a rustic barn, vineyard or natural gardens, try to move away from the modern venus style, even when it comes to barns, find something that is more natural and rustic instead of modern and clean white lines.

Tee pees offer a great place for guests to relax and catch up while offering a little shade too, and blankets create a cheap and easy way for guests to sit down and keep with the natural outdoor style.

Use wild flowers, think long grass, heritage roses, daisies, hellebores, or hydrangeas to name a few, simple, elegant and organic all tied together with twine. Forget a veil and go for an elegant flower crown.

Tap into your ethereal side with a long beautiful flowing wedding dress that captures the boho style perfectly. Long flowing brides and bridesmaid dresses match the carefree vibe.

Boho eating
Enjoy the great outdoors, long tables, BBQ buffet, forget the full sit down meal, in-brace the carefree style and let guests sit where they want, have a simple yet delicious hog roast, get away from full service dinners.

Mix and match
The great thing with the boho style is that it is very relaxed and carefree with a ‘no rules’ approach, it doesn’t matter if all the chairs match, or there is a range of different colours, it is about relaxing and enjoying the moment, create something magical that you love.

The same can be said to bridesmaid dresses, think long and flowing but when it comes to colours and style mis match dresses can look lovely.

Kick off your shoes and enjoy
If your wedding is outdoors on grass than kick off your shoes and really get back to nature, before you know it your guests are also taking off their heals and shoes and dancing the night away with you too.
