Winkworth Farm Wedding in Wiltshire
We showcase the wedding of Victoria & Dean that took place on the 30th July 2016 at Winkworth Farm, Wiltshire. Their special day was captured by Jennifer Sinclair.
The couple
Victoria and Dean had been together for a number of years and had decided to wait a few years to make their wedding day special and the perfect day they had dreamed of. Their little girl Hallie was their very special flower girl. This was definitely a perfect wedding.
The day and how it went
I meet up with Victoria at the Village Hotel in Swindon where she got ready with her sisters who were also Victoria’s bridesmaids. It was such a lovely relaxed morning. Victoria’s hair and makeup looked amazing and she was definitely a beautiful bride. There is always something special about an outside wedding and the weather was perfect for Victoria and Dean’s ceremony at Winkworth Farm in Wiltshire. I loved the farm setting for their wedding. The whole day was relaxed with plenty of time after the ceremony for the bride and groom to have time to greet their guests.
Do tell us a little bit about yourself
I love being a wedding photographer and such a pleasure to be able to share a couples’ special day. I am very passionate about my wedding photography and love capturing amazing memories.
How would you describe your photography style?
I have a relaxed natural approach to wedding and brides say I put them at ease. I am very organized and make sure I capture the key moments of the wedding day but making sure there is plenty of time for bride and grooms to enjoy their day as it goes by so quickly. I blend into the wedding day so I can capture the relaxed moments as the day unfolds.
What did you love about the day?
Wow there were so many amazing moments during Victoria and Dean’s wedding. I loved the outdoor wedding ceremony, the relaxed afternoon reception but of all one of my favourite parts of the day was after the wedding breakfast, and we took the bridal party to the hay bale barn. It was such a fun time and loved the photographs taken.
What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding day?
Relax and enjoy your day… it’s about enjoying your day as it unfolds and don’t worry about the minor details; it will be what it is. Your wedding day will be special to you and it will tell a story of your special day.
