Emma and Jon really are a wonderful couple and I loved every minute of photographing their awesome big day! Their day was masterfully crafted; making the most of the classic elegance of the beautiful Nutfield Priory Hotel for their preparations and ceremony, then the rustic charm of the lovely Red Barn, both in Surrey, UK. Emma clearly using her superpowers as an event planner perfectly here!

Their day had the perfect balance of classic meets informal venue-wise. But at it’s heart, it was all about great people coming together to have a truly awesome day and celebrate a wonderful couple.

About My Photography Style:

My wedding photography is all about telling the fascinating and unique story of a wedding day, whilst capturing the bride and groom having absolute best time on their day!

I love photos which are quirky and creative and push the envelope of wedding photography. I love to tread the unbeaten track and try new things and have fun with it whilst doing it!

What did I love about the day / What advice for Planning a Wedding:

There are so many different ways to plan a wedding these days and the most important thing to remember when planning yours, is to do it the way that is true to you as a couple and tell your awesome story.

What I loved about Emma and Jon’s day, was that they focused their planning on making sure they plan a day that they would enjoy themselves, but also a perfectly informal and relaxed reception where they could have the best time with all of their lovely guests, who had come to celebrate with them. It had a wonderful atmosphere and this is what weddings should be all about – having the best time on your day!
