Hey, we’re Debbie & Ruth and we’re wedding photographers (DUH) Most importantly, you need to know that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. There’s no big ego’s here. We (mainly Ruth) will cry numerous times during the day. Tell you utter shit jokes to make you laugh, Reach higher than S Club, on the dance floor. And, have some bloody good belly laughs all day, with you and your mates.

No matter the type of wedding you are planning. If the most important thing to you, is that you have an absolute blast with your nearest and dearest, and have great photos to prove it, Then we want to be there!

Our style is all about Authentic, natural and storytelling moments. We love to watch our couples interact with each other (in a very non creepy way) and shoot what we see, resulting in a gallery full of relaxed, emotive and natural images. We work hard to make people feel at ease, and with that, comes effortless, magical images. We throw in a few formal and traditional shots (Mums and Nans love these) and mix it up with a few creative shots too.

It's all about the cake & the free food. JOKES! It's all about the people and the endless emotions! It's the ultimate game of people watching, and lucky for us, we love that game. It's such a privilege to have the best seat in the house, all day with such amazing people.

There's so much that needs to go into finding a photographer. But budget, style, and personality should be at the forefront. You'll spend more time with your photographer than each other on your wedding day, so it's really important to find someone you get on with and want to spend time with. Most photographers have their own editing and shooting style. Choose a photographer who's style fits with what you're after. Their portfolio and social pages will give a really good indication of this, but always ask to see more. We happily send full galleries through for you to look at. It helps give you an idea of how we work across the whole day and what kind of pictures your gallery will be full of. Budget is also a big thing. Next to the venue, the photography (and videography) should be the most you spend. This is not the time to rave about what a bargain you got. Push the budget as far as you can for this. I promise you, it's worth it.
