The big deal with me that makes a mahoosive difference to your wedding photos is that I do a pre wed shoot with all couples who book my full day package. So before your wedding day we've already met, had a chance to talk about what you do and don't like. You've already been professionally photographed by me. Now, on your wedding day, you feel so much more relaxed, comfortable, you know what to expect. This relaxed easy feeling then comes across in your wedding photos.
Even those lovey dovey portraits, that most couples dislike having, are enjoyable. One of my main strengths is gently guiding couples into poses, naturally. So naturally that couples don't even realise they're being posed!
The emotion I like to capture most from your wedding day? Happiness. I swear I capture more happiness, laughter, joy and smiles than you could possibly imagine from just one wedding.
It's the best job in the world! You've got two people in love (obvs!), surrounded by their friends and family, it's a happy occasion, celebration, a big party. And I'm there doing basically my hobby (although it is my job)!
Look around, find a style of photography you like. Preferably meet up with a shortlist of photographers. Most professional photographers will know the technicalities of photography well so now it's just a case of if you get on.
The ability to gel with your photographer will make the biggest difference to your wedding photos. Much greater than what camera brand the photographer uses, how many weddings they've shot (as long as they're not a complete beginner) or even how much it costs.
Based near the centre of the country I mainly cover within a 50 mile radius of Solihull. I'm happy to cover all UK locations. Destination weddings also considered especially The Seychelles, Mauritius or Vegas!

Damian visited us before the wedding at the church and reception locations to get a feel for the places. We had some photos taken there and chatted about what we liked. He asked us to trust him and we did……”absolutely” the right decision. He sees photo opportunities we would never have seen. He mingles with the guests in his unobtrusive manner to get the best possible pictures. He was reasonably priced and the album he produced set to music is a beautiful memory. We would 100% recommend Damian.
Damian was very easy going, and captured our guests naturally, showing a true sense of happiness felt by all on the day. He was responsive and organised and reliable.

I usually hate my photo being taken and was quite skeptical on whether I would even like the photos that were taken but wow I love them! Couldn't even narrow it down which ones I was going to hang up first! Never fault awkward more like part of our wedding party. Would highly recommend.
