Hello! We are Simon and Sylwia, a photo duo based in historic Edinburgh. We thrive on the fresh atmosphere, people and creative opportunities that every wedding brings, and we aim to make the photography unobtrusive and a seamless part of the enjoyment of the day. We capture the big and the small details of the day, the natural moments for you to look back on and remember. Whilst we’re working we like to make you feel natural and relaxed in the camera, for you and your guests to have as much fun as we do and forget that we’re even there.

We like each photograph to be unique, like a work of art - a personal reaction to the situation around us and the couple we are photographing, always taking photographs in fresh and different ways. Our photographs are full of movement, setting out to make the most of each new place and personality, and avoiding stiff and outdated styles. We often find ourselves photographing weddings for creatives who have a strong vision about how they see their day, who know what they want and are after a happy relaxed wedding day, and we help couples to realise their vision by capturing it all by being part of the vibe of the day and with a minimum of fuss. We apply the same energy to wedding photography that we put into our artistic projects and editorial work (which has been regularly exhibited in international galleries and featured in leading magazines all over the world).
