I have had a passion for taking photos for as long as I can remember and I love weddings, and I love working with new people, so this is a perfect love match in itself!

When I photograph a wedding, it is the capturing the emotion in the moments that is my absolute pleasure and privilege,  it is something I will never tire of.

I am mainly a Buxton Wedding photographer, in the High Peak, but I also cover all of Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester, I am happy to travel to wherever your wedding destination may be. I shoot all kinds weddings whether your ceremony is in a barn, outdoors in a field, at an iconic hotel, country house or castle, or is an intimate elopement with a pint afterwards.

I understand how important your big day is and you don’t want to be spending your time away from your guests, having lengthy photo sessions, and rightly so. Your photographs are that one special thing left over after your wedding day, as well as your love for each other and wedding bands of course.

Please make sure you take the time to choose the right photographer for you, because the last thing you need is a complete stranger following you around all day making you, or your guests feel uncomfortable. This is the most amazing and beautiful day, and its over in a flash! (Sorry mind the pun)

I capture your special day as it happens, real smiles and real moments, I prefer to blend into the background whilst capturing the moments, but I have a big voice when it's needed to gather everybody for those group shots too.

I have been photographing weddings for around 5 years now and despite witnessing so many nuptials exchanged in that time, each and every wedding is unique and beautiful in its own way. I always feel honoured and privileged to captured these love stories, and witness the emotion and the laughter, meeting new people,

Documenting such an important event in these people’s life journey is a huge responsibility. With each click of the shutter I am recording and preserving history and immortalising moments. The images from these moments, will hopefully become part of their lives forever and passed down to future generations. This makes what I do far more than just a job, it is my passion.
