Hi, I’m Mamad, the main photographer here at Twig & Vine Photography. I am based between Nottingham and Derby, but travel all over the UK and even abroad to document weddings in a special and unique way. I like to take a creative approach to my wedding photography and blend it with a reportage style to tell the story of your special day in a totally unobtrusive and relaxed way.

My style is relaxed, natural, documentary and creative.

I feel like a kid in a sweet shop when I'm shooting weddings.
There are people who have made so much effort to look good on this day.
There is so much emotion to capture not only by the bride and groom, but also by their guests.
There are so many beautiful details to photograph too. I love details.
This is why I, by far, prefer to shoot full wedding days as opposed to just part of the day. I would feel like I've missed so much if I don't photograph the full day!

I would suggest looking at a few different websites and get the feel for the style of wedding photography that you think you might like.

I also definitely recommend meeting with your photographer before booking him/her. After All they are going to be there with you on the most important day of your life. You need to make sure that you can get on with them.

Make sure they are a full time professional photographer and not someone who just does it for a weekend salary top up. A professional will have top of the range cameras, back up gear, a network of photographers in case of accidents or illness and should be fully insured.

I will travel anywhere to capture love stories. Weddings beyond a 100 mile radius of DE21 may incur a small fee.
