Hi, I’m Robin, a documentary and creative wedding photographer, based in the South of England. I’m a strong believer in a couple of things, firstly photographing a wedding in a quiet and unobtrusive way, so that the photography doesn’t become a distraction and you hardly notice I am there, yet I capture everything. Moments matter. The photographs you get are a true reflection of the joy and emotion of your day.

Secondly, I believe in using the best and most beautiful light possible to create elegant and timeless photos with depth. For me it isn’t enough to ‘just’ photograph your day, it is my role to look for the best light, and make sure you are in it. Most of the time you may not even notice, but then there are times when we go and find an epic sunset, when you will definitely know!

Both of these are skills which can only be acquired with experience, over time. I have photographed many hundreds of weddings and I am truly passionate about what i do, which I hope comes through in my photos. You are in very safe hands. My philosophy is that you write the script, and I tell the story through observation, not orchestration. I don't direct the day, it is all about you as the couple, and letting it flow as you planned. I blend in to the background, and have often been referred to as the wedding ninja!

My photographs have a natural style, where the emotion of the day, and all the little details are the focal points.
