I first met Linda when we were both in our early 20s. We’d both seen a lot of Europe and were ready for a bigger adventure. We didn’t have anywhere specific in mind, and we ended up in the land of maple leaves, ice hockey and Tim Hortons. Living in another country can be an overwhelming experience, but I found I could better understand (and share) my experiences through a camera lens. What started out as a hobby and a way to communicate with those back home quickly became a passion.

Toronto street scenes were my first inspiration, and were followed by the Rocky Mountains of the US and the bustling markets of central America. After a few years in Canada the itch struck again and we headed back to Europe. The next chapter awaited us in London, a city where you can turn a corner and find yourself almost on another continent.
Of course, London is also very handy for seeing friends and family, and also boasts more than a few world class photographers who were willing to share their secrets.

Although I felt I knew my way around a camera, I knew there was a lot more to learn. While studying creative arts, I applied for a photography internship in Nepal and I remember the excitement and disbelief when I read the word ‘accepted’. Without a moment’s hesitation I packed my bags and headed two miles above sea level to the peaks of Nepal.

I’m told it was only two months but that time spent working for a local newspaper, wandering the city of Kathmandu and taking portraits of its residents felt much longer. I also managed to squeeze in trips to Pokhara, Lumbini and even India. My best memory is of a wedding. In Nepal, they celebrate a marriage for three days and have so many different traditions. On this day I saw how one country celebrates marriage, and there was so much worth capturing and treasuring.

It really sparked something in me. Since then, I’ve been travelling the world and helping people create amazing memories.

How would you describe your style?

I would describe me style as very relaxed, creative and documentary. I don't think the moments need to be faked, I'm more about capturing the moments as they unfold it self. It's the tiniest things that matter the most.

What do you love about weddings?

I think my favourite moment is when the bride and groom are first introduced as Mr. & Mrs.
