Yorkshire Wedding Photography

Multi-award winning photographers based in Yorkshire but photographing all over the UK and abroad. We have been named as the Best Wedding Business for the past two years. We are one of the very few Fully Qualified Wedding Photographers with Certification in Yorkshire and one of a very small number of Master Photographers in Yorkshire. We have also been named as Best Wedding Photographers by I Do.

Our style can be tailored to suit our customers’ needs and wishes. We are equally at home covering a wedding in a strict Reportage or Documentary Style as we are taking more formal and arranged photos. Usually we will combine a balance of relaxed informal and unobtrusive with posed and romantic photography. We also use a huge variety of specialised lighting equipment at weddings to real make our photos shine.

We offer a choice of four very simple Collections. The album Collections include a vast selection of choices but each Collection comes with its own simple price tag. There are no extras. We believe in giving couples a choice of everything available without being told that choice will have extra costs. Our prices are also a lot less than most other photographers charge.

How would you describe your style?

Style is discussed with the couple before booking. We are well experienced and can produce photos in the style requested. We usually will shoot a variety of informal, unobtrusive and arranged photos.

What do you love about weddings?

We are passionate about what we do. I have a background as a teacher and I use those person skills in my photography practice to relax people and bring out the very best in them. Michele has a very relaxed and calming matter that again helps us to achieve amazing photos from even those who tell us they hate being photographed.

Advice for couples planning their wedding?

Research, research, research. There is no substitute for experience. Look for a photographer who can answer all of your questions straight away. A good photographer should be able to show you lots of examples. Look for awards and recommendations but above all look at the people who will be at your wedding and if you get the feeling they will be easy to get on with then they are the ones for you.

Your Travel policy?

We only charge for travel if we cannot easily get to and from the venue easily in the day. If an overnight stay is required we will find reasonable accommodation and ask the couple to pay for that.

Amazing wedding photographer

Photography was a big thing for us and we looked at lots of photographers on web-sites and at wedding fayres and had seen Robert a couple of times at different shows. His personality and the quality of albums on display always stood out and caught our attention more than others. We met up at his studio and we instantly realised we would not trust anyone else with our photo coverage. On the day, Robert and Michele covered everything, most of the time we did not even realise they were there! They could not do enough to make sure our guests and the two of us were enjoying every moment. A fantastic couple. Finally the photos are out of this world! And they charge a lot less than most others - which we could not understand. Highly recommend.
