Wedding days are about love, emotion, happiness and getting married to the one you love, not worrying about posing for the perfect family photograph. I aim to capture genuine laughter, relaxed and easy smiles and laughter lines aplenty! My style is relaxed, natural and honest and focusses on the two of you and the amazing step the two of you are about to take together. It’s not a wedding that’s important, it’s the marriage.
I’m based in Chilliwack, BC, but have passport and will travel! I’m always keen to shoot elopements all over Canada and the UK and Europe (especially Malta and Ireland). Get in touch for details of travel costs.

I'm a self-taught photographer with a passion for my art. I'm also a big believer in doing things your way and if that means it's a bit quirky, then all the better. I'd say I'm also a pretty chilled out kind of girl. So, given all that, what you end up with is a photographer who produces natural, relaxed, slightly quirky and offbeat work that's a little rough round the edges ;-)
There's nothing better than seeing the couple's first smiles moments after they realise that they've done it, they've finally got married! Weddings are definitely the most joyful occasion I can think of to witness and it's always, always an honour to be invited to capture it on camera :-)
Take the time to explore different styles of photography and figure out what it is you love about certain photographers. Have a good nose through their websites and if you feel a connection with them, get in touch with them! A good photographer should have no problem meeting with you or video chatting/phoning you before you book if you want to meet them first.

Nervous, anxious, self consious and camera shy. One hot chocolate later with Sarah, the initial nerves and hesitancy over having a wedding photographer were completely set aside.
