Looking for that intimate photographer?
Myself and my wife travelled from the Edinburgh to the wonderful city of Modena in September 2016 for our intimate wedding with just the two of us present.
Having no knowledge of Italian proved to be a bit of an obstacle but we were put in touch with a few photographers and the one that jumped out was Nicola and his stunning portfolio, the main thing was the pictures were different to any others we had seen which was the reason we chose him along with his flawless English which certainly put us at ease!
From the first minute we met Nicola as mentioned before he really put us both at ease and for Nicola having the chance to photograph a Scotsman in a kilt would have been a bit different for him!
We had photos in the hotel of us both getting ready and many photos taken of us walking through the Modena centre which seemed so natural, we both forgot he was there sometimes!
Apart from the photos taken at the ceremony Nicola also returned for a few snaps after and joined us for a drink which I personally really kind of him as he could easily of taken his cheque and disappeared after the initial photos.
The communication throughout the wedding process was impeccable and we still to this day stay in touch.
Straight after the wedding we were mailed approximately 15 photos that we could share with our friends and family with the other 400+ arriving on a USB a few weeks after.
Pricewise Nicola is extremely reasonable, especially for the time spent with us and shots taken. We have already decided if we require any other professional photos to be taken that we will get Nicola to come over to unsunny Scotland if he can bare to leave his beautiful country behind!
