Hello, my name is Icy and I am a Surrey based female wedding photographer…I capture your day it in a documentary/journalistic style that is honest and personal. And as a fine art wedding photographer I also make sure that some images of the two of you will be very artistic and creative.

Developing a strong bond with my couples is very important to me – it is something that is truly cherishes and the privilege to be a part of your big day is never forgotten. Always making sure that not only cameras and skills are brought to your wedding. To make matters easier, payment plans to spread the cost over the months prior to your wedding can be arranged at no extra cost. How would you describe your style?

Documentary, photojournalistic and creative and not following the trend of the year, so you can be sure your images won't be dated in 2 years time...

What do you love about weddings?

What is not to like? A couple in love, friends and family are there. Emotions are flowing. It's the beginning of a journey and who doesn't like that?

Advice for couples planning their wedding?

Don't leave it until the last minute. Most wedding photographers will be booked sometimes a year in advance. Personally I only take on a maximum of 25-30 weddings per year.

Your Travel policy?

50 miles of KT16 is Included in my packages. At cost after that.

From the moment we met her prior to the wedding for the chat and to take some informal shots, she was thoroughly on board with us and our vision for our wedding. She really put us at ease and we felt comfortable around her and secure in the knowledge that she would do a good job.
On the actual day of our wedding, she had the most amazing ability to be present but seem invisible too. She is at the right place at the right time but completely unobtrusive. All of our guests said the same about her. And most importantly, the photos were incredible. They were poignant, artistic and our friends and family have spent many happy hours reminiscing over the day. Icy was one of the best decisions we made on the day. Thanks Icy.

Wonderful photographer with a great reportage style

Icy was the photographer for our wedding in September 2013. While I have been very slow in submitting this review(!) we are still absolutely thrilled with the beautiful images she produced for us.
Icy is a fantastic, very easy-going person and was a pleasure to deal with. We still get a great deal out of our wedding photos, and particularly enjoy the reportage style 'moments' of the day which she captured, and which give a real flavour of the atmosphere.
