Today we feature a pre-wedding shot by Essex photographer Dave Allen of Just Hitched Wedding Photography.
“Here you have Sarah and Stuart, a fun and happy couple on their pre-wedding shoot and who’s wedding I’m sure will be a total blast. I’m really looking forward to shooting it for them. It is also an honour to be shooting another wedding photographers wedding…that’s right. Sarah is a wedding photographer too. It’s not the first time I’ve been asked to shoot another wedding photographers wedding, but always an honour. You see, we know exactly what to look for, the style, the consistent and fantastic photos that haven’t been retouched to the point of disaster but most of all the photographer themselves. So I’m truly touched to be the one they chose.
These two lovebirds are getting married at Marks Hall Gardens and Arboretum. A stunning venue with beautiful grounds. I’m sure we’ll get some beautiful shots on the day. Let’s no rush ahead of ourselves though…first off we have their pre-wedding shoot below. We had a little fun browsing the nik-naks in Battlesbridge Antiques Market, where I just followed them round. This is a place they love to frequent in their rare but spare time. Watching them walk around, you could see a real eager and keen interest in certain items. Sarah’s weakness was the camera’s…Stuart’s was trains. You could see their eyes just light up!
Once we had finished in the antiques market, off we went to find somewhere interesting to do some truly lovely shots. I think Sarah and Stuart will vouch for me that you will immediately feel comfortable with me and find it easy to relax. Plus I also have a few tricks in my pocket to help you along.
My aim is to provide you with memorable photographs that you look back on with fondness for each other. Photographs that have true meaning and that are unique to you. These shoots aren’t just having your photograph taken, they are about sharing you memories, your inner thoughts and most of all sharing each other. I’m just there to capture those moments as they unfold.
There we have it and below you can see just what we all got up to. If you would like to find out more, feel free to visit my website just-hitched.com to see what else I can do with two wonderful people, a camera and a bagful of lenses!
Take care and hopefully I’ll be photographing you soon!”
