Tell us about the day and how it went?

Photographing the wedding of Laura & Paul was a total joy. A wedding where I could shoot relaxed getting ready pictures followed by an emotional and meaningful heartfelt ceremony at St. Constantine Church in Gouves, Crete.  The place was perfect for such a beautiful wedding, I also have to add that the atmosphere was one of best I’ve ever seen at a wedding.

Tell us a little bit about your self

For me, wedding photography means capturing the emotions, expressions and happiness of those who are celebrating their love, those feelings must be as evident in photography as they are in real life. Therefore, when I photograph a wedding, I am continuously moving around to shoot as many exciting and emotional pictures as possible, from every angle with both posed and reality shooting.

How would you describe your photography style?

Unlike other photographers who shoot mostly randomly, I, just as with a director of a film, works with a storyboard which is created with the input of the married couple, so that each photograph is a page in the storybook of their marriage, one that will be read and re-read for the rest of their lives.

What did love about the day?

When I think about the day, I really loved it so much, amazing location, summer sun, nice people all around, The Ceremony, Cutting of the cake, the speeches and the party were all amazing. It was a great day and I loved every minute of it.

What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding day ?

Choose a Professional wedding photographer whose photographs have the power to fill you with emotions, to make you laugh, and bring tears of happiness in your eyes, gasp with surprise long after your wedding day has passed. Just remember the cake gets eaten, the flowers will die, but your wedding photos will last forever”.

Words from the couple.

Well Sami…. What can we say apart from WOW WOW WOW….. thank you so much for all your hard work on our wedding day. Looking through the photos just makes us want to do the day all over again.

You were ace, you made us and our guests feel so relaxed and made it all such fun. We will never forget you sharing our special day with us and for capturing the most precious memories. We would Highly
recommend Sami for anyone needing a photographer. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
Much love Mr & Mrs Brown X

  1. Just come back from Crete and it was bright then…so you have done really well to capture the skin tones in such an exposed location. Looks hot too.
